After receiving your complaint, we will provide you with the contact name and details of the person who will follow through on the matter and provide all relevant details regarding your submission.

Feedback and complaints are initially assessed and then directed to the relevant department for evaluation, response and resolution.
Safeguarding Enquiries and Reports
If a person forms a reasonable belief that abuse of a child or vulnerable adult has occurred, they must report the concern to the Safeguarding Coordinator and follow mandatory reporting requirements.
